How much does a modular kitchen cost in Dubai?
Pricing depends on size, finish, countertop material, and scope. Most of our projects deliver genuine luxury quality without the premium of an imported brand. The most accurate number comes from a free consultation — we measure your space, understand the brief, and give you a clear figure. No obligation to proceed.
What's the difference between a modular and a custom kitchen?
Modular typically means standardised unit sizes. At Modenzo, everything is built to your exact dimensions — so your 2,847mm wall gets a kitchen for exactly 2,847mm. We call it modular. It's entirely custom.
Do you do Italian kitchen designs?
Our aesthetic draws directly from Italian design principles — proportions, material pairings, finish quality. European suppliers for materials, German suppliers for hardware. The result looks and feels Italian. Built here in Dubai, which is how the pricing stays realistic.
How long does a kitchen take?
Most projects run 4–8 weeks from approved 3D design to installation. Complex layouts or stone feature walls may run slightly longer. We confirm timelines before you commit and stick to them.
Can I see it in 3D before you build it?
Always. Photoreal renders and a full material palette before a single panel is cut. If something isn't right, we change it at the design stage — not after.
Do you supply appliances, sinks, and lighting?
Yes. Appliances, sinks, faucets, and lighting are all specified and integrated during the design stage. If you have pieces you've already sourced, we design around them.
Where is your kitchen showroom in Dubai?
